| Uses | Cancer du sein Avant l'instauration du traitement par Herceptin, la surexpression de HER2 doit avoir été mise en évidence dans le tissu tumoral du patient par immunohistochimie avec un score de 3+ ou par biologie moléculaire [détermination d'une amplification génique HER2 par hybridation in situ en fluorescence (FISH) ou hybridation in situ chromogénique (CISH)]. Cancer du sein au stade précoce Herceptin sous-cutané est indiqué dans le traitement du cancer du sein HER2-positif au stade précoce, après une intervention chirurgicale, une chimiothérapie (néoadjuvante ou adjuvante) et (si appropriée) une radiothérapie. après une chimiothérapie adjuvante par la doxorubicine et le cyclophosphamide en association au paclitaxel ou au docétaxel. en association à une chimiothérapie adjuvante composée de docétaxel et carboplatine. en association à une chimiothérapie néoadjuvante, suivie d'un traitement adjuvant par Herceptin, chez les patients ayant un cancer du sein localement avancé (y compris inflammatoire) ou des tumeurs mesurant ≥1 cm de diamètre à l'échographie ou ≥2 cm à la palpation. |
