| Uses | ymphomes non hodgkiniens Monothérapie chez les patients avec lymphome non hodgkinien folliculaire CD20-positif (stades III-IV), en cas de récidive ou de chimiorésistance. Traitement de patients non prétraités avec lymphome non hodgkinien folliculaire CD20-positif (stades III-IV) et charge tumorale élevée, en association avec un protocole CVP ou CHOP. En cas de réponse au traitement, un traitement d'entretien par le rituximab en monothérapie peut être administré pendant 2 ans. Traitement d'entretien de patients avec lymphome non hodgkinien folliculaire CD20-positif, récidivant ou réfractaire (stades III-IV), ayant répondu à un traitement d'induction par un protocole CHOP avec ou sans rituximab. Traitement de patients avec lymphome non hodgkinien diffus à grandes cellules B (DLBCL), CD20-positif, en association avec un protocole CHOP standard (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicine, vincristine et prednisone sur 8 cycles). Traitement de patients avec leucémie lymphatique chronique (LLC) nécessitant un traitement en association avec fludarabine et cyclophosphamide (R-FC). Les patients prétraités par fludarabine doivent avoir répondu au traitement pendant 6 mois au moins. Polyarthrite rhumatoïde Rituximab est indiqué, en association avec le méthotrexate (MTX), dans le traitement de patients adultes atteints de polyarthrite rhumatoïde active modérée à sévère, après échec d'un ou plusieurs traitements par des inhibiteurs du facteur de nécrose tumorale (anti-TNF). Vascularite associée aux ANCA (AAV) Rituximab est indiqué en combinaison avec des corticostéroïdes, pour le traitement de patients présentant une vascularite associée aux ANCA sévère active (granulomatose avec polyangéite (aussi appelée granulomatose de Wegener) et polyangéite microscopique). |
