| Uses | Tractocile est indiqué pour retarder l´accouchement en cas de menace d'accouchement prématuré chez les femmes enceintes adultes: - présentant des contractions utérines régulières d’une durée d’au moins 30 secondes et survenant au moins 4 fois en 30 minutes, - ayant une dilatation du col de 1 à 3 cm (0-3 chez les nullipares) et un effacement ≥ 50 %, - ayant un âge gestationnel de 24 semaines à 33 semaines incluses, - présentant un rythme cardiaque fœtal normal. |
