| Uses | Diabète insipide d'origine centrale, polyurie, polydipsie consécutive à une hypophysectomie resp. à une intervention chirurgicale sur l'hypophyse. Énurésie nocturne dès l'âge de 5 ans en cas de capacité de concentration rénale normale, après échec des mesures habituelles en la matière, uniquement chez les patients ayant une pression artérielle normale et après exclusion d'une cause organique, pour un traitement de durée limitée. Les formes de Minirin pour l'application nasale (gouttes nasales et spray nasal) ne doivent pas être utilisées pour traiter l'énurésie nocturne. Détermination de la capacité de concentration rénale (diagnostic du diabète insipide). |
