| Uses | Cancer du sein métastatique (metastatic breast cancer, MBC) Herzuma est indiqué en monothérapie pour le traitement de patients atteints d'un cancer du sein HER2 positif, inopérable, localement avancé ou métastatique et prétraités par le trastuzumab et un taxane. Cancer du sein précoce (early breast cancer, EBC) Herzuma est indiqué en monothérapie pour le traitement adjuvant de patients atteints d'un cancer du sein HER2 positif au stade précoce qui, après une chimiothérapie préopératoire contenant un taxane en combinaison avec au moins le trastuzumab en tant que traitement HER2, présentent une maladie résiduelle dans le sein et/ou les ganglions lymphatiques. |
