| Uses | Traitement symptomatique de l'angor stable chronique Ivabradine est indiqué dans le traitement symptomatique de l'angor stable chronique chez des patients coronariens en rythme sinusal ayant une fréquence cardiaque supérieure ou égale à 70 bpm. Ivabradine Sandoz est indiqué: chez les patients présentant une contre-indication ou une intolérance aux bêta-bloquants, ou en association aux bêta-bloquants chez des patients insuffisamment contrôlés par une dose optimale de bêta-bloquants. Traitement de l'insuffisance cardiaque chronique Réduction des évènements cardiovasculaires (mortalité cardiovasculaire ou hospitalisation pour aggravation de l'insuffisance cardiaque) chez des adultes en rythme sinusal présentant une insuffisance cardiaque chronique symptomatique avec une fraction d'éjection ventriculaire gauche ≤35% et une fréquence cardiaque supérieure ou égale à 70 bpm en complément d'une thérapie standard optimale en accord avec les recommandations en vigueur. |
