| Uses | L’atropine solution injectable est indiqué chez les adultes et la population pédiatrique. - Médicament pré-anesthésique pour prévenir les réactions vagales associées à l’intubation trachéale et à la manipulation chirurgicale. - Limitation des effets muscariniques de la néostigmine utilisée après la chirurgie pour la neutralisation des curares non dépolarisants. - Traitement de la bradycardie compromettant l’hémodynamique et/ou du bloc auriculo-ventriculaire dû à un tonus vagal excessif en cas d’urgence. - Réanimation cardio-pulmonaire : traitement de la bradycardie symptomatique et du bloc auriculo-ventriculaire. - Antidote suite à un surdosage ou une intoxication par les inhibiteurs de l’acétylcholinestérase, p. ex. anticholinestérasiques, organophosphorés, carbamates et champignons muscariniques. |
